FAQ
Generating or modifying an image uses 1–2 credits, depending on the format. Using the Creative Upscale tool uses 20 credits. A detailed credits usage table can be found in the appendix here.
You’re eligible for a refund if you’ve used less than 30 credits over the lifetime of your account and your payment was made no more than 30 days ago. To initiate a refund, cancel your subscription and contact us at help@recraft.ai. Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method. Refunds to expired or canceled cards are handled by your card issuer. We do not provide refunds if the account has been deleted.
No, subscription credits do not roll over.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do this, log in to the platform, click on your profile at the top right, and select 'Manage subscription'. Then, click 'Cancel plan'. Your plan will be canceled but will remain available until the end of your billing period.
Once you log in to the platform, click on your profile at the top right, and select 'Manage subscription'. From there, you can update your payment details or download a receipt.
Images created by users on the Free plan are owned by Recraft. They are public (visible in the community gallery) and can be used commercially with limitations. Images created under a paid plan grant you full ownership and commercial rights, and they can be kept private. Read more about ownership and commercial usage here.
Without a subscription, images are owned by Recraft, and stock websites usually require ownership to sell images.
